# Terugblik FarmaSys Gebruikersdag 3 maart 2020

**Op dinsdag 3 maart 2020 mochten we tijdens de FarmaSys Gebruikersdag opnieuw een groep apothekers verwelkomen.**

 

We bespraken onder andere de laatste release van FarmaSys 5 alsmede de geplande releases. Ook namen we de tijd om de ontwikkeling van de klanttevredenheid en service te bespreken en er was tijdens de gezamenlijke lunch uitgebreid de mogelijkheid om kennis en het laatste nieuws te delen met collega-apothekers. 's Middags sprak gastspreker Bert Bijker vanuit zijn rol als kwartiermaker van het VIPP Farmacie programma. Hij ging o.a. in op Medicatieproces 9 én wat daarin de toekomstige rol van de apotheker kan zijn. Dit leverde een zeer interessante discusssie op over de toekomst van de apotheker. Zijn advies aan de apothekers: "De beroepsgroep apothekers beschikt over medicatie-inhoudelijke kennis die andere beroepsgroepen niet hebben. Pak deze kans en neem de regie op dit gebied." We sloten de dag af met een preview van het nieuwe FarmaSys 6 en een demonstratie van het prototype van de patiëntenapp.  

We kijken terug op een inspirerende bijeenkomst en hopen de FarmaSys-gebruikers na de zomervakantie opnieuw te verwelkomen en vervolg te geven aan de besproken onderwerpen en ontwikkelingen.
