# SmartMed lanceert patiënten-app SmartMed forYou

**De app is beschikbaar voor alle apotheken die gebruik maken van het apotheekinformatiesysteem FarmaSys van SmartMed. Met SmartMed forYou biedt SmartMed de FarmaSys-apotheken de mogelijkheid hun patiënten via de smartphone inzage te geven in hun Actueel Medicatie Overzicht (AMO).**

 

In de gratis te downloaden app is alle actuele informatie rondom het medicijngebruik altijd en overal beschikbaar voor de patiënt. Daarnaast bevat de app bijsluiters en KIJKsluiters en biedt het de mogelijkheid om snel en eenvoudig herhaalmedicatie te bestellen.

SmartMed zal de patiënten-app blijven doorontwikkelen en innoveren. Zo kan de patiënt straks ook zelfstandig medicatie toevoegen, zijn eigen voorraad beheren en medicatieherinneringen instellen. Daarnaast wordt het zelfstandig registeren van bijwerkingen van medicatie een optie en kan de gebruiker direct via de app middels beeldbellen of de chatfunctie contact opnemen met zijn apotheker.  

Patiënten van FarmaSys-apotheken die gebruik maken van SmartMed forYou kunnen de app downloaden op hun smartphone via de Google Play Store (Android) en de Appstore (iOS). Nadat de patiënt bij de apotheek heeft aangegeven gebruik te willen maken van de app, kan de apotheek op basis van de verificatie van de persoonsgegevens de app activeren. Hierna is de app klaar voor gebruik.
