# Kroon Clinic Lelystad entscheidet sich für SmartMed Clinic

**Kroon Kliniek Lelystad, medizinisches Behandlungszentrum für Magen-Darm- und Lebererkrankungen, und SmartMed haben am 1. Februar 2022 vereinbart, das Medikationsmanagementsystem SmartMed Clinic einzuführen.**

SmartMed Clinic ermöglicht den elektronischen Empfang und Versand eines medizinischen Dossiers sowie die elektronische Verschreibung von Medikamenten, sowohl im stationären als auch im ambulanten Bereich. Mit SmartMed Clinic können die Ärzte und Krankenschwestern der Kroon Kliniek Lelystad sicher und effizient Medikamente verschreiben und verabreichen.

Die Verknüpfung mit dem LSP ermöglicht es, die Medikationsdaten eines Patienten vor einem Aufnahmegespräch abzurufen. Diese werden während des Besuchs überprüft. Danach kann problemlos eine Prämedikation verschrieben werden, wobei die Medikation überwacht wird. Falls erforderlich, können die Medikamente auch vorübergehend abgesetzt werden. Mit der SmartMed Clinic arbeitet die Kroon Kliniek Lelystad vollständig digital. Auch Rezepte werden digital an die Apotheke geschickt.

Gemeinsam werden wir in den kommenden Wochen die SmartMed Clinic bei Kroon Kliniek Lelystad einführen. Wir danken Kroon Kliniek Lelystad für ihr Vertrauen und freuen uns auf eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit.
