Im Jahr 2014 wechselte er zu Alliance Healthcare, wo er zunächst den Übergang von Kring zu Alphega Apotheke für die unabhängige Apotheke betreute. Parallel dazu startete er das Alliance Healthcare Management Development Programme in Zusammenarbeit mit der Nyenrode Business University. In seiner Position als Geschäftsführer besuchte er viele Apotheken, um sie in den Bereichen Versorgungsqualität, Team- und Prozessoptimierung sowie Finanzen zu beraten. Anschließend wechselte er in das Führungsteam von Alliance Healthcare, wo er zuletzt für Boots Niederlande und Corporate Social Responsibility verantwortlich war. Er hatte verschiedene Vorstandsämter inne, darunter LOA-KNMP, ASKA und NMVO. Bei SmartMed wird Frank zur Strategie, Organisationsentwicklung und Ausführung von Dienstleistungen für unsere Kunden beitragen. Die Wachstumsambitionen von SmartMed und Franks Expertise, Netzwerk und Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie bilden eine gute Kombination.
